Once the vets opened up the outer cast shell, they had to take out all the gauze and he started to get uncomfortable. They took him to the back to finish the cast change and I heard him cry out a bunch of times. Just about broke my heart. Even though he doesn't seem to be in a lot of pain, when the cast is changed and his healing broken leg is exposed to the slightest touch, i can tell it HURTS. I don't know if you've ever heard a cat scream, but let me tell you...it's heart-wrenching. poor wampi.
